Our staff are kind, friendly and patient. We understand that cats can feel nervous with strangers in their home, so we make sure your feline companion has as little disruption to their routine as possible. We are however, always equipped with catnip for those who want to play!

Our cat visits are up to 30 minutes and our price covers up to 4 cats.

It’s important that you trust our team and get to know the staff member who will be caring for your cat. Our easy onboarding process gives cat owners the opportunity to ask any questions before leaving us to care for your furry companion.

Schedule a Meet and Greet
The next step is for one of our team to come and meet your pet. Your cat(s) can get to know us and you can explain their typical routine and ask us any questions. Our meet and greets are free or charge.Step 03
Enjoy Your Holiday!
After a successful meet and greet, you will be invited to download our app where you can complete your pets details and see your visit schedule! We’ll send you updates on your furry friend via Whatsapp!

How do we book and manage our cat visits?
Please call, email or complete a contact form to check our availability for cat visits. Once a meet and greet has been undertaken, you will receive a welcome link via email to access our booking app, and view your scheduled visits. Here you will be able to manage and pay for your visits.

How many visits can we have per day?
We offer a maximum of 2 visits per day.

How long is the visit?
Our cat visits are up to 30 minutes long.

How many cats can you care for?
Our £16 price covers up to 4 cats. Bookings for more than 4 need to be requested and prices will vary.

Are the staff at Cheshire Paws insured and police checked?
All of our staff are fully covered by public liability insurance and all hold a full, clear DBS check.

How do you get into our home?
We hold keys for most of our clients houses which are labelled with your cats name. Our keys cannot be traced to your address. We are also happy to use an external lockbox if you have one.
